Operation Paperback:
Our troops are working hard and many are in
danger every day. When they do get to take a break, they are far away from
friends, family, hobbies, and healthy leisure time activities. However, we
can help change that.
Operation paperback is a voluntary organization
that acts as a go between for people who would like to send books to our
troops and our troops who like to read. Military personnel sign up with
them, and when you join (it's free) you can get a list of current addresses.
You pack and mail, they get something great to read that allows them an
escape from death, hate, and a harsh environment. Many books have been donated from the authors,
publishers and publicists of the Publishing Promoting
cooperative group and we hope you'll log on to Operation Paperback, read up
on the instructions, and send some books to our troops.
